Sometimes incidents are not published to an external status page through a Runbook. However, you can publish these incidents directly to a status page.
To manually publish an incident to a status page:
- Go to the page for the active incident in the FireHydrant UI.
- Scroll down to the External resources section.
- Under Published status pages, click the dropdown menu to select a status page type.
A popup message asks you to confirm. Click Confirm to publish.
