Create an Incident Ticket

With the Jira integration for FireHydrant, you can automatically create a new Jira ticket at the start of your incident that will automatically sync all created action items and link them to a parent ticket. 

Configuration of the incident ticket runbook action is simple, provide a default summary and description (Liquid templating is supported) and any incident with this runbook attached will generate a Jira ticket.
