This article describes setting up and managing your integration with Microsoft Teams. The FireHydrant MS Teams bot can help streamline notifications to your teams during your incidents.

Configuration

  1. Go to FireHydrant's integrations page and click Microsoft Teams
  2. Click "Authorize Application," and you'll be taken to your Microsoft login to authenticate. Follow the on-screen prompts.
  3. After connecting the applications, switch to Microsoft Teams and enter the workspace/team you'd like to install the bot in. Click the ellipses > Manage Team > Apps > + Get More Apps. Search for "FireHydrant" and click "Add to a team" then "Set up bot."
